In Cincinnati, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Ohio, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Cincinnati is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Cincinnati is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Ohio's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Met up to get a set of used tires. LOL they were dry rotted. Prepaid him (Josh) some money to get those in. 7 Days later, still no tires. Called and asked for a refund. It was easy for him to take the money but not easy for him to Zelle it back. Currently 9 days in. He keeps saying he is going to send it back but still nothing. He's a scam. There are other reviews on Indeed and Glass Door which I should of looked at before hand. He sounds genuine but all in all, he's a scam. I 100% DO NOT recommend.

Do not go to this place for tires after getting one the next day it goes flat talk to the customer service and the owner to come back and replace the tire went back got the runaround about they were out getting a tire on three or four different occasions then decided just to get the money back because already went elsewhere and got a tire put on got the same runaround about giving a refund on Cash App multiple phone calls I never received the refund wouldn’t be a big deal but was told I could get a tire and then after that a refund didn’t receive either I guess for this business a quick $40 is more valuable to them than having a repeated customer

The last time I got a tire from this place, I was given the wrong size tire. I was given a 185/55/16 for a car that needed 205/65/16. I did not realize that the tire was the wrong size because I’ve gone here before and had no issues. The same day, the tire blew out on me and I had to use my spare. I returned the next day and was told by another worker that they did not have the tires I needed in stock, but to return on Monday because the owner usually gets more tires on that day. I went on Wednesday of that week, and was told that the place did not have the size tires I needed. I was given the owner’s number to request a refund. I called on three separate days and times, and received no answer. I requested a refund on Cashapp and explained my issue, and my refund was declined by Josh. I will not be returning to this tire shop. The irresponsible choice to place the wrong size tire, inability to answer their business line, and refusal of my refund has soured my confidence in this business.
